Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful, but Troy (driver) was beyond amazing. He was patient, fun and did an excellent job. They were also very affordable.

This was a fantastic experience. Getting your vehicle towed is something you never want to do, but when you have to have it done, you hope it is done this way. The driver (Troy Gay) was friendly and did a great job. I asked for a flatbed, because I have a lowered Silverado, there was no arguing about it. They understood and sent one. Truck arrived is less than 30 minutes and loaded my truck with care. I called around to get a few quotes, and the price at American beat them all. If I ever need another tow, I will not need to call around. I will be calling American Towing first.

The alternator went out on my car and it was the first time I've ever had to get a car towed, and the prompt and thorough service was very appreciated. Troy was the driver, and he was great.

American Towing recently helped my family move a fire truck that had alot of personal meaning to our family. They came through like true heros. I suggest all military and first responders use them as they are TRUE supporters of those who serve. My family has only used them in the past and will continue to be the only company we will call. Troy was our driver and he was outstanding. He allowed us to get hotel near car dealership we were towing to as they were closed until morning. He kept us informed as he was caught in Charleston traffic getting to us. Courteous and patient. Highly recommend him and his company!

American Towing delivered my 20 ft shipping container I had purchased online. I already had one container and wanted the second one lined up and spaced to put a roof between the two. However, there were unmovable obstacles in the way. Troy, the driver, went above and beyond to get that container sitting in just the right spot. He worked and worked but it is exactly where I wanted it. Thank you, Troy!

I had to have my car towed after hours on Friday to the dealership for service Saturday. They gave me a very fair price and the driver Dennis White was super nice kept me informed on eta because he was very busy, arrived and took great care loading and securing vehicle .I was told by the dealership he followed all procedures to the letter. Omg I cannot praise American Towing Service ENOUGH 🙌🏿‼️ They informed of any and everything pertaining to my vehicle, even if they had an unforseen emergency and was running behind. Melissa, is OUTTA THIS WORLD 🤗‼️You can literally hear the smile in her voice when you speak with her. I had a little tif with the insurance company handling the bill and she immediately calmed my nerves and took care of everything for me. They are responsive, reliable, detailed, orientated and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Melissa is my direct contact goes above and beyond in so many ways: mindless, understanding and will do everything possible to make things happen. I am so thankful for her every day! Their drivers whether they're delivering shipping containers or picking up your car on the side of the road due to an unfortunate incident are gracious and kind. I am the facilities manager with Oliver Gospel Mission and we purchased some container for storage. American towing was contracted by our supplier to deliver and place them. I could not have picked a better company. From the very first contact I knew this would be a great experience. Melissa has to be the most personable, professional, and caring individual. She is everything you would want in customer service. She listened and gave her advice and when she was unsure was honest and said she’d find out. She called me back exactly when she said she would and got us set up and scheduled for delivery. It didn’t end there though Wes showed up on the day of the delivery. He was later than scheduled but at no fault to him and he kept me informed the entire time, which allowed me to take care of other things and not have to sit and wait. This man knows his stuff. Easy going, easy to talk to, and in spite of my ignorance was able to guide me in a better placement than what I was going to do originally. You can tell this man takes pride in his work too. He didn’t just dump and run. He took his time and made sure they were place properly. And my type A OCD personality was satisfied bc Wes, without any instruction to do so, made sure they were placed symmetrically and even. I can’t speak for anyone else there but I’m telling you if you want a seamless, worry free experience then go with American towing and ask for Melissa and Wes! God Bless!

I had a great experience with American Tow Company recently. Faith in the office was incredibly kind and really helped me get my car back as quickly as possible. She was patient and professional, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. And Dennis, the tow driver, was super helpful as well. Overall, I really appreciate their quick and friendly service and would definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience with them when my wife’s car tire blew out. They got there super quick! Melissa was also very kind and helpful when the tire center I originally was gonna use told me all their techs had quit (just my luck)! She quickly dispatched the driver to an alternate location. Price was very reasonable based on my personal experience with other towers. Definitely recommended!

Great service. Wes backed all the way down my road & into my backyard to drop a 40ft container. Even driving a Huge truck with a tilt-bed trailer you can’t even tell he drove in the grass. If I ever need anything moved I know who to call
